Sonding

Accurate utility tracing depends on reliable signal access points. Sonding is used to trace underground utilities and non-metallic infrastructure by inserting a transmitting sonde into pipes or conduits. The sonde signal is then tracked from the surface to identify utility paths, depths, and locations, helping improve locate accuracy in challenging underground environments.
