Our Bracebridge office operates under the name Coote, Hiley, Jemmett, one of Ontario's longest-standing surveying firms, with roots tracing back to 1885. With over a century of service in the Muskoka region, CHJ has earned a reputation for technical excellence, deep local knowledge, and enduring client relationships.
Led by longtime OLS John Hiley, the team has supported everything from municipal infrastructure to cottage country development, with extensive project experience across public and private sectors.
